Perfect Lemon Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, butter, and powdered sugar until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the hot crust and bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutes, or until set.
- Cool the lemon bars completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
- Dust the tops with powdered sugar before serving.
